Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 4000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1333333 ~ 4000000.
Eligibility criteria:
1. The Tenderer shall have minimum 05 (Five) years of general experience.
2. A satisfactory completion of similar nature of work of at least Tk. 10,00,000/- (Ten Lac) only in a single contract over a period of last 05(Five) years in Govt./ Semi Govt/ Autonomous/ Govt. owned companies is required; years counting back from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP portal, which will be supported by work order along with work completion certificate from the PE.
3. The required average annual turnover must be greater than Tk. 10,00,000/- (Tk. Ten lac) only over last three (03) years which will be supported by audit report or a statement showing year wise turnover along with work order and completion certificate.
4. Tenderer shall have liquid asset i.e working capital or credit lines of Tk. 7,00,000/- (Tk. Seven lac) only, in the form of Letter of Commitment for Bank's Undertaking for Line of Credit (Form PG2-5) or Bank Statement.
5. The tenderer shall have up dated valid trade license, VAT Registration certificate (BIN), Valid e-TIN (With acknowledge slip/ certificate) and Valid ABC & Supervisory License.
6. If any tenderer is doing 2 (two) yearly emergency installation , repair, recovery and re-installation of 11kv, 11/0.4kv & 0.4 kv overhead lines and distribution transformer in DPDC, they will not be eligible for this tender.
7. If any tenderer is doing 2 (two) DSS work or 1 (one) DSS work and 1 (one) emergency maintenance work in DPDC, they will not be eligible for this tender.
8. All other terms and conditions will be followed as given in the tender Document.
