Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1500000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 4500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1500000 ~ 4500000.
Eligibility criteria:
1. A satisfactory completion of similar nature of works of a minimum value of TK 8,50,000.00 (Taka Eight Lac Fifty Thousand Only) under single contract over a period of last five (05) years. Which will be supported by work order/ contract along with work completion certificate. Years counting back from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP portal.
2. The required average annual turnover must be greater than Tk. 10,00,000.00 (Taka Ten Lac) only over the last three (03) years which will be supported by audit report/ a statement showing the year wise turnover along with work order/ contract and work completion certificate.
3. Tenderer shall have liquid Asset of Tk 10,00,000.00 (Taka Ten Lac) which shall be supported by bank statement and the statement will not be before the tender publication date in the e-GP portal. Tenderer those who will submit credit facilities from the bank, they should submit letter of commitment for Bank’s undertaking for line of credit.
4. The minimum capacity shall be: 12,00,000.00 (twelve lac only).
5. The Tenderer shall must have to submit Valid up-to-date Trade license, Income Tax certificate with PSR, ABC Electric License with Supervisory License and VAT/BIN Certificate.
6. Joint Venture/Consortium is not allowed for this tender.
7. All other terms and conditions are as given in the Tender Document.
