Brief Description of Package: Yearly Maintenance and operation works of newly installed 02 (Two) nos lifts at Chief Judicial Magistrate Court Building under Mymensingh PW Division.

Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 3000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1000000 ~ 3000000.
Eligibility criteria:
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer shall be 5 (Five) years of operation, maintenance and servicing of lift.
2. A satisfactory completion of similar works as a Prime Contractor of at least 1 (one) single contract that cover similar complexity must be completed within the last 5(Five) years of a value of at least Tk. 7.00 (Seven) Lac in any Government/Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh.
3. The minimum amount of free fund (liquid assets) i.e working capitals or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 8.00 (Eight) Lac. Document of Liquid Assets to be submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. Certificate of unconditional Liquid Asset must be submitted in prescribed form i.e: in PW2-5 form published by CPTU, otherwise the tender will be summarily rejected.
4. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 11.55 (Eleven Point Five) Lac over the last 5(Five) years in any Government/Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT. A summary sheet of last five years Turnover to be submitted with all supporting documents. For Turnover calculation, Financial Year wise payment Certificate from Concern PE is required.
5. The minimum Tender Capacity shall be: TK 8.00 lakh.
6.The tenderer should be enlisted in the Department of Inspection for Factories and Establishment (DIFE).
7.a) Articles of Incorporation or Registration of firm.
b) Upto date Income Tax Clearance Certificate,VAT Certificate.
c) Upto date ABC category contractor and supervisory license from electricity licensing board, Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh.
