* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 3333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 10000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 3333333 ~ 5000000.
Eligibility criteria:
1.The minimum General experience of the Tenderer as a Prime Contractor shall be 05 (Five) years .
2. The Contractor must have at least 01(one) contract of similar nature i,e 132/33kV or higher voltage, 35/50 MVA Transformer or higher rating Transformer Carrying, installation, Testing and commissioning in an energized sub-station, successfully completed within the last 03 years (years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper) at a cost of not less than BDT 25 Lacs.
3. The tenderer should have skilled Testing & Commissioning Engineers as well as test equipments for Electrical Sub-station.
4. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than BDT 20.00 Lacs over the last 03 years.
5. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be BDT 30.00 Lacs.
6. Tender security shall be furnished in favor of Power Grid Bangladesh PLC in form of pay order or Bank draft.
