Eligibility criteria:
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 5 years. Years countingbackward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor in construction works in successful completion of minimum 03 number of contracts of 3 storied building construction completed within the last 5 years in Bangladesh, having floor area of at least 7500 sft. each including Civil, Sanitary, Electrical works, Firefighting system, Gas etc. costing not less than 5 crore in a single work order. Years countingbackward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
3. Work experience in Public university/institute construction will be preferred.
4. The Tenderer should have a valid trade license, ABC license, updated VAT and TAX certificate, up to date bank solvencyand other document as per tender schedule.
5. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 02 (Two crore) and the document of Bank's undertaking line of credit must be sumbitted as per ITT Clause form -PW3-7.
6. The works plan must be submitted by the tenderer.
7. Tender/Proposal Security Amount in BDT 20 lakh.
8. Also Section-2 & Section-4 condition will be applicable.
