Eligibility criteria:
15.1(a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 5 (five) years, years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
15.1(b) Maximum 02 (two) nos of Contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology with a minimum value Tk 17,00,00,000.00 (Taka Seventeen Crore) (Total value of all the contracts) wherein at least the works specified below have been successfully completed within the last Five (05) years as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor (Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP system).:
RCC Building Works with pile foundation with a value of at least tk 5,00,00,000.00 (Five Crore)
Construction of Food Processing Plant/ Fish processing Plant/ Cold storage/ Food Storage with a value of at least tk 5,00,00,000.00 (Five Crore)
16.1(a) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 30,00,00,000.00 (Thirty Crore) over the best 3 (Three) years of last 5 (five) years.
16.1(b) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 15,00,00,000.00 (Fifteen Crore) only
