Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 5000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1666666 ~ 5000000.
Eligibility criteria:
The tenderer shall have a minimum of 05 years of General experience in the supply of Goods and related services.
Tenderers from all countries except Israel are eligible.
Tenderer should have UpToDate Trade license, VAT certificate, UpToDate TIN certificate etc.
The specific experience of the tenderer is satisfactory completion of supply of Chemicals/Reagents/Media/Laboratory Equipment of a minimum of 15 lakh under a maximum 1 contract in the last 3 years in Govt./Semi Govt./ Autonomous bodies. Years count backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper. The completion certificates shall have to be issued by the officer, not below the Rank of the Executive Engineer/ Project Director/ Equivalent officer of the concerned department/ organization.
The tenderer shall also have manufacturer authorization of at least 95% of the items. The tenderer shall also submit a Catalogue or certificate of analysis (CoA) for all items in the tender; and an Import Registration Certificate (IRC) of the tenderer.
The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other
contractual commitments is BDT 18,000,00.00 (Taka Eighteen Lac). In case of credit line,
Specific Format which is attached in Section: 6 (drawing), must be used. Cost for Related
Services such as transportation, installation and service during warranty period etc. are to
be inclusive with the quoted rate mentioned in Price and Delivery Schedule for Goods
(Form e-PG3-3A). Hence, quotation for related services must not be required separately.
However, only for system requirement, you are requested to quote in (Form e-PG3-3B)
unit price, for example 0.001. Note that any quoted amount will not be considered in total
quoted amount.
