Eligibility criteria:
01.The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the Supply Of Goods as Supplier shall be 05 (Five) Years.
02. The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of new air-conditioners of at least one (1) contract successfully completed within the last five (05) years, with a value of at least Tk. 6,50,000.00 ( Six Lac And Fifty Thousand Only). Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-gp.
03. The required average annual turnover shall be greater than at least taka five lac (5,00,000/-) only over the last three (03) years.
04. The minimum amount of liquid assets or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be taka five lac (5,00,000/-) only which shall be supported by bank statement and the statement will not before tender publication date in the e-GP portal. Tenderer those who will submit credit facilities from the bank, they should submit Letter of Commitment for Bank's Undertaking for Line of Credit (Form PW3-7).
05. The Tenderers whose trade license valid (2023-2024), only they are eligible to submit bids for this tender.
06. The Tenderer shall have legal capacity to enter into the Contract.
07. Joint Venture/Consortium shall not be eligible for this Tender.
08. The income tax return filing certificate of the contractor company must be submitted.
