Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 3000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 9000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 3000000 ~ 5000000.
Eligibility criteria:
01.The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works shall be 05 (Five) Years.
02. A satisfactory completion of similar nature of works under Govt. / Semi Govt. / Autonomous organization amounting not less than taka twenty three lac (23,00,000/-) only as a prime contractor in a single contract / work order within last Five (05) years shall be required. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP.
03. The required average annual turnover shall be greater than at least taka sixteen lac (16,00,000/-) only over the last three (03) years.
04. The minimum amount of liquid assets or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be taka sixteen lac (16,00,000/-) only which shall be supported by bank statement and the statement will not before tender publication date in the e-GP portal. Tenderer those who will submit credit facilities from the bank, they should submit Letter of Commitment for Bank's Undertaking for Line of Credit (Form PW3-7).
05. The Tenderers whose trade license valid (2023-2024), only they are eligible to submit bids for this tender.
06. The Tenderer shall have legal capacity to enter into the Contract.
07. Joint Venture/Consortium shall not be eligible for this Tender.
08. The income tax return filing certificate of the contractor company must be submitted.
