Brief Description of Package: Remaining construction works of Mohammadpur, Savar and Postogola Fire stations.

Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 136666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 410000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 136666666 ~ 410000000.

Eligibility criteria:
a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 10 years as specified in the TDS.
b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 2 contract(s) of similar nature (construction of at least 4 storied building), complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed under any Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous Organization within the last 5 years, each with a value of at least Tk. 10,00,00,000.00 as specified in the TDS.
c) The Tenderer must possess: (i) Up-to-date valid Trade License renewed till FY 2023-24, (ii) Up-to-date Income Tax clearance Certificate till 2023-24, (iii) Valid VAT registration Certificate, iv) Up to date A B C category Contractor and Supervisory License from Electricity Licensing Board renewed till 2022-23.
d) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 27,00,00,000.00 over the last 5 years as specified in the TDS.
e) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 5,50,00,000.00 from any Scheduled Bank, net of other contractual commitments in between publication date and submission date as specified in the TDS.
f) The minimum tender capacity shall be: 12,50,00,000.00 as specified in the TDS.
g) Tenderers/Contractors already terminated from works under Urban Building Safety Project are ineligible for participation from this tender.
h) All other required qualifications, Terms & conditions of the Tenderer are shown in theTDS & other Terms & Condition of Tender documents as specified in the PCC.
i) Necessary supporting documents are to be submitted as per requirement of ITT Clauses & Technical specification with the Tender.
