প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a.The minimum number of years of General Experience in the supply of goods as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05 Five) years.
b) The Tenderer must have minimum Specific Experience of a Similar nature Manufacturing and Supplying of New furniture at least in 01 (One ) Contract successfully completed in a single Work Order within the last 05 (Five) Years amounting to Tk. 20.00 Lakh in any Government /Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization in Bangladesh (along with NOA & Completion certificate should be enclosed).
c) The satisfactory completion of the supply of similar Goods of a minimum of 75.00 (Seventy-Five) Lakh under a maximum of 05 (Five) contracts in the last 05 (Five) years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System
d) The minimum amount of Liquid Assets i.e. working capital or credit facilities (in Form e-PG3 – 8) of the tenderer shall be BDT. 20.00 Lakh only.
e) According to Letter Memo No-03.074.039.16.00.004.2018-377; Dated: 30/08/2018 & Memo No: 03.073.046.21.00.001.2018-259; Dated: 03.10.2019 from Office of The Prime Minister and CPTU Letter Memo No: 21.00.0000.364.22.020.19-202; Date: 10.10.2019.; the contractor who has not yet completed his/her work/works within schedule stipulated time by ensuring the quality without any acceptable reason, will not to be considered as a qualified tenderer for this tender notice.
f) The tenderer must submit a detailed Analysis of his Quoted Rate and The quoted rate must be similar/relevant to the Present Market price. Otherwise, the tenderer will be Non-responsive according to the PPR 2008 Rule 98(23).
g) Other Criteria are Stated in TDS & PCC.
