* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ১০,০০০,০০০ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৩০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ১০,০০০,০০০ ~ ২০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
• Reputed Contractors/Construction firms who have minimum 5 (Five) years of general experience in supply of goods and related services having a satisfactory completion of similar nature of work (Installation of Solar panel and pump for Dugwell) as specific experience of value Tk 70.00 (Seventy) lakhs under single contract. The certificates should be issued by an officer not bellow the rank of Executive grade. The certificate must contain the name of the officer, address, telephone number and email address.
• The minimum amount of free fund (Liquid asset) or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk. 60.00 (Sixty) lakhs. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender.
• The Tenderer must have up-to-date Trade license, income Tax clearance certificate, valid VAT registration certificate along with the Tender.
• Other required eligibility and conditions of the Tender are shown in Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of tender documents.
• The work of the packages may be totally dropped, decrease or increase as per field condition/ design/ budget allocation for which no claim shall be entertained.
• The Tenderer who are interested to participate are requested to read the Tender Document thoroughly before submitting the tender.
