প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. Tenderer who failed to start/complete the awarded work within stipulated time in EED, Rangpur without any reasonable cause are not eligible.
2. Tenderer must have similar nature of experience of Furniture supply (i.e. High Bench, Low Bench, Table, Chair etc. made of Wood and MS angle) only in Educational Institutions of Tk. 23 (Twenty-Three) Lac with in last 5 (Five) years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT.
3. Tenderer must submit detailed analysis of quoted rate.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets, net of other contractual commitments, is Tk. 33 (Thirty-Three) Lac.
5. Tenderer shall submit with its e-Tender the following additional documents:
a) Up-to-date Trade License.
b) Income Tax Certificate and up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate.
c) VAT Registration Certificate and up-to-date VAT Clearance Certificate.
d) National ID
6. Performance Security will be 5% to 25% of the total contract price as per PPR 2008 rule 27(2).
7. Payment will be made as per availability of fund but the whole work must be completed within the stipulated time.
8. Tenderer must submit Authorization Letter in own Letter Pad mentioning Tender ID & Works Name
