* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৮,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
The Tenderers, who are enlisted with e-GP system portal, can submit the tender through online.
They shall have:
a) Valid Trade license, up-to-date TIN Certificate and VAT Certificate.
b) The Tenderers shall have Experience of similar nature of work having contract amount of Tk. 64.00 (Sixty four) lac in a single contract within the last 5 (five) years.
c) The Tenderers shall have average annual construction turnover greater than Tk. 87.00 (Eighty Seven) lac over the last 05 (five) years. (The Annual Construction Turnover shall be counted by payment Certificate).
d) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderers shall be Tk. 64.00 (Sixty four) lac .
e) The Tenderers shall have The Minimum Tender Capacity of Tk. 64.00 (Sixty four) lac
f) The Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than 10 (Ten) percent above or below the official cost estimate, the tender will be rejected as per ITT Clause 30.3
h) “In past performance evaluation matrix, tenderers must submit Contract Agreements with Completion Certificates especially for low value tenders (<1.00 Lac) and tenders without e-GP”. (Ref.
