2. Payment will be made subject to the availability of funds. No claim or extra payment will be entertained for delay of payment.
3. Tenderer must submit the line of credit certificate in the prescribed format (Form PW2a-3) which is attached in section 9.
4.Pay order must be issued in favour of the Deputy Director, Regional Accounting Centre, BWDB, Faridpur. Otherwise, you will be considered non-responsive in the evaluation stage.
