প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
(a) General experience :-
Reputed Contractors/ Construction Firms who have minimum 05 (Five) years of general experience in repair/renovation/construction works of RCC Residential/Non Residential Buidling, roads, boundary wall, drain etc.
(b) Specific experience:-
A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk 7 (Seven) Lac under 01 (One) no. of contract(s) over a period of 05 (Five) years shall be required.
(c) Minimum average annual construction turn over :-
The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 7 (Seven) Lac over the last 05 (Five) years. Only Payment certificate issued by competent authority shall be accepted as proof of turnover.
(d) Tender capacity: -
The minimum capacity shall be: TK. 7.5 (Seven point five) Lac.
(e) Liquid asset requirement: -
The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 5 (Five ) Lac.
(f) All other qualification criteria will be as per TDS and ITT included in this tender.
