* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৪,৫০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
Maximum 2 (two) numbers of arbitration against the Tenderer over a period for last 5 ( five) years.
The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 5 (Five) years of overall experience in the supply of goods and related services.
The Tenderer shall have successfully completed minimum 1 (one) numberssupply contract of similar goods of minimum BDT 13.00 Lakhs within last 5 (five) years. i.e years counting backward from the date of publication of
IFT in the e-GP system.
(i) Trade license Valid for up to date;
(ii) In case of Limited company, certificate of Incorporation
(iii) Up to date Income Tax Clearance Certificate with TIN number.
(iv) VAT Registration
* Manufacturer's Authorization Letter: Should be submitted with the tender (as mentioned in floated or required technical specifications)
* Installation, Testing & Commissioning: Required as per floated or required technical specifications
* Training: Required as per floated or required technical specifications
* Manufacturer's Certified Engineers: Bidder should have Manufacturer's Certified Engineers and Certificates must be submitted along with the tender (as mentioned in floated or required technical specifications)
* Manufacturer's Authorization Letters, Manufacturer's Training Certificates and other submitted Certificates (where applicable) will be verified from the relevant authority for checking the authenticity.
Special Instruction: Uploaded document must be readable & downloadable .If any document found illegible and non-downloadable & non-readable then tender may be rejected.
