* যেহেতু এটা একটি সীমিত পদ্ধতির (LTM) কার্য ক্রয়ের দরপত্র, কাজেই দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৩ কোটি টাকা বা তার চেয়ে কম হবে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৪১৬,৬৬৬ ~ ১,২৫০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
i) Up to date Trade licence, Income Tax clearance Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate .
ii) Only PWD enlisted contractors are eligible for tender process whose license is up-to-date .
iii) Tender submission letter (form e-PW2(b) must be filled up properly otherwise the Tender will be non-responsive.
iv) Tender Validity period is 90 (Ninety) days
v) The competent authority reserves all the rights to accept or reject any or all Tenders without assigning any reason.
vi) Bill will be paid after successful completion of works as per directions of tender schedule & contract.
vii) VAT & Income Tax will be imposed as per valid Govt. circular.
viii) The final bill will be paid after having successful completion Certificate from the requiring body.
ix) Tender will be considered non-responsive if the total quoted amount by bidder is more or less than 5% (Five percent) of the Engineering estimated cost.
x) Any deviations of signature will be treated as disqualification of tenderer.
xi) Minimum Liquid Asset of value Tk.2.50 lakh in the form of letter of commitment of Banks, undertaking for line of credit (In the Form PW2b-3) in Original form. Certificate in support of liquid asset must be issued from the Bank within date of issuing and the date of submission of tender. It must be unconditional and in favor of the name of concerned work.
