All tenderer(s) registered in e-GP are eligible to participate in the tender if they are otherwise qualified. All Qualifications are as per TDS
a. The tenderer must submit update authorization letter for submission against the tender ID. In case of submission of inaccurate authorization letter the tender shall be considered as non-responsive.
b. Tenderer must have at least one single contract of similar supply within last 5 years a total contract value of at least Tk. 14,00,000.00 (Fourteen Lac) Only (Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System).
c. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 14,00,000.00 (Fourteen Lac) Only over the last five (5) years.
d. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 15,00,000.00 (Fifteen Lac) Only (In case of submission of bank statement as proof of liquid assets or working capital, the equivalent amount must be stayed in his/her account from at least 28 days prior to the date of publication of tender)
e. Qualification information and evidences (such at work experience certificates, on-going works list, payment certificates for construction turnover) of the Tenderers as mapped in the e-GP Tenders must be available in the TDMS system so that TEC can evaluated the tenders digitally within short period of time
f. If any same certificate found in twice or more in the scrutiny of the tender evaluation process, the tenderer will be considered as non-responsive
g. Evaluation sheet generated by TDMS shall be uploaded into the e-GP system by the TEC
h. The procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject all Tenders/Proposals / Pre-Qualifications / EOIs.
