Tenderer shall submit the following additional documents:
1. Valid Trade License, Income Tax Certificate, VAT and TIN.
2. A satisfactory completion of any civil/Electrical/Mechanical/Similar Working or supply Experience in 132kV or Higher Voltage Grid Sub-station's of at least Tk BDT 6.50 Lac under Three of contract(s) over a period of 3 years shall be required.
3. Before submitting the tender the tenderer is to be aware to submit/upload a Consent Letter so that he visited the site and went through all aspects of this works.Failure to submit the consent letter will disqualify the contractor.
4. A Programme & Work Schedule must be submitted for this Works within 07 days through Engineer-Incharge to PE after signing of the Contract.
5. Contractor will arrange/capable/experience to conduct the Necessary tests as per mentioned in BoQ /TDS and test report have to be approved by PGCB competent authority.
6. After execution/completion of work, Measurement Certificate will be prepared by Engineer-Incharge & Contractor.
