* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ৪০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ২ কোটি টাকার চেয়ে বেশি হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৫০,০০০,০০০ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১৫০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৫০,০০০,০০০ ~ ১৫০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
i) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Contractor shall be 10 (ten) years.
ii) The minimum specific experience as a Contractor in construction works of at least 1(one) contract of similar nature building construction work successfully completed in Government / Semi-Government / Autonomous organization of Bangladesh within the last 05 (five) years, with a value of at least Tk 400.00 lac only.
iii) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 12.00 crore in the last 5 (Five) years.
iv) The minimum amount of liquid asseti.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderers shall be Tk 145.00 lac only.
v) The minimum Tender capacity shall be: Tk 400.00 lac only.
vi) Tenderers shall submit with its tender the following additional documents:
a) Updated income tax clearance certificate.
b) Valid VAT registration certificate.
c) Updated Trade license.
d) Up-to date ABC category Contractor and Supervisory License fromElectricity Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh.
e) The tenderer must submit the letter of Acceptance of the WB's Anticorruption Guidelines and Sanctions Framework.
f) Commitment with the ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT ASSESSMENT & MITIGATION MEASURES OF COVID-19 AF PROJECT. (See Section:8 in Particular Specifications).
