প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 03 (three) years, years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper
2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in works of at least 01 (one) contract in the Building construction/ renovation / refurbishment/ extension works/Interior works under public sector successfully completed within the last 05 (five) years with a value of at least Tk. 50,00,000.00 (Fifty lac), years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper
3. The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk 50,00,000.00 (Fifty Lac) over the last 03 (Three) financial years
4. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 40,00,000.00 (Forty Lac)
5. The minimum Tender capacity shall be: Tk 40,00,000.00 (Forty Lac)
6. Successful completion of 1 (one) contract for interior works from any public organization within the last 5 (five) years, with a minimum value of 20,00,000.00 (Twenty Lac) only.
7. All other conditions as mentioned in the Tender Document
