2. Payment will be made subject to the availability of funds. No claim or extra payment will be entertained for delay of payment.
3. Tenderers (s) are informed to carefully read the instructions in ITT clauses no 43 and its sub-clauses.
4. The Tenderer must submit the line of credit certificate in the prescribed format (Form PW3-7) attached in section 9.
5. All non-life insurance for any Public Property, or risks or liabilities of Public Property, shall be taken through Sadharon Bima Corporation under the Insurance Corporation Act, 2019.
